Marketing PRojects worked with Macbryde Homes over a 12 month period across all its property portfolio from urban lofts to country retreats, to provide a more cost effective PR service than a larger regional agency. This involved preparing releases, articles and feature stories for the press, overseeing the features to print/appearance, chasing the relevant journalist and ensuring they have everything to complete the feature, providing photos and illustrations and liaising with sales and development staff.
Key story themes included ‘lifestyle pieces’ on the sort of person likely to buy penthouses – ‘The race is on!’, why Chester is up & coming/’London Docklands comes to Chester’, ‘investing in the future’, ‘Space and design’ as a new key to value in property.
It also involved co-ordination of PR activities with other marketing initiatives, events and activities, carried out by Macbryde Homes so that the image, standards and ‘ethos’ of Macbryde Homes and its developments are maintained. This included a redesign and copy for Macbryde Homes’ Website.
