Looking great at interview new FREE webinar from Stillmuchtooffer & Sharp End Training

Do you know how important the first 30 seconds are to success at interview? That it is important to maintain eye contact? What facts and examples you should have to back up your CV? A new FREE ‘webinar’ has been designed for job hunters with free expert advice on how to improve interview techniques and the chance of landing that dream job.

The hour long webinar will be held at 7pm on Monday March 22 and is by advance registration only.

The webinar will feature hints and tips on standing out from the crowd and improving success at interview. It helps understand what employers are really looking for and highlights the skills that really matter. It is especially useful for anyone who may have been out of the job market for sometime.

Carolyn May is Managing Director of Stillmuchtooffer Ltd., a new company designed to help mature jobseekers find work, re-train and develop themselves both personally and professionally. Carolyn said:
“Following on from our successful free webinar giving CV writing advice, this new webinar provides you with a step-by-step guide which explains exactly HOW TO polish up your interview technique. You could have a superb CV but unless you come across well at interview you will not get that dream job. This unique series of webinars will provide special hints for more mature jobseekers.”

Employer Howard Huskisson, of Pentre Garage, Wrexham, added:
“Stillmuchtooffer made the task of recruiting easy and pleasant. I had a choice of good candidates at interview and am delighted with the one we appointed. He is reliable, motivated and has fitted in well with our team. I would fully recommend other businesses to use the services of Stillmuchtooffer.”

Candidate Howard Ineson, aged 57, of Coedpoeth, Wrexham is looking for an industrial to healthcare sales or business development role. He said:

“I have recently been made redundant, so I decided to review my CV and contacted Stillmuchtooffer to see if they thought it did justice to what I had achieved in my career. They were satisfied with the content but gave constructive advice on how to improve both the layout and text, and in doing so, better emphasise my key skills and successes to any prospective employer. I have since used the new format and it does appear to have been a good exercise. It has resulted in more responses from the applications, more opportunities and even a job offer. Stillmuchtooffer has also given me helpful interview technique advice. I would certainly recommend anyone in the job market to contact Stillmuchtooffer and to take onboard their expertise.”

Carolyn May has had a career in education for over thirty years and is an experienced teacher, trainer and manager.

Jonathan Senior is Director of Sharp End Training Ltd., a Sheffield based training company established in 2004, which offers more than 15 individual training courses in a variety of business and management related subjects.

Notes to Editors

Stillmuchtooffer does not have a history as yet, but it does have a story. The idea for its conception stemmed from so many people who were being made redundant, were nearing retirement age or were longing for a change of lifestyle. The message was the same. They may be 49 or 56 or even 76 but they all stated firmly that they ‘still had so much to offer.’ And so the name was born before the concept emerged.

Stillmuchtooffer is
• Committed to helping mature jobseekers fulfill personal and professional goals.
• Dedicated to providing a professional service for companies who wish to employ skilled, reliable employees in a working environment that actively encourages teamwork, creativity and diversity.

Carolyn May was Professional Development Manager at a Further Education college. She has an honours degree in English, a Masters in Education, is teacher trained, qualified in recruitment and certificated in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument.

Carolyn is an accomplished trainer and writer. She has delivered presentations at conferences across the UK and USA and has had articles published in the Times Educational Supplement.

Her thinking is that many jobseekers, especially those who have gone through redundancy, can sometimes lack both confidence and self-esteem. At such times, it is tough to go it alone, so Stillmuchtooffer was established to give jobseekers the helping hand they need to change direction and transform their lives.
