Teddy Bear's Pancake Picnic a success!
If you went down to the Ring O’ Bells in Christleton on Pancake Day you were sure of a big surprise! 75 children and their parents attended with a favourite teddy bear, in aid of Ian Wade, owner of the Ring O’Bells and friend Craig Unwin who are climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in September for local charity, Children Today.
The event raised £321.36.
Yummy pancakes with a choice of fillings, face painting, colouring and competitions were on offer.

Ring O’Bells
• ‘Time’ was called at the Ring O’Bells in Christleton in 2008 when successful local pub entrepreneurs Ian Wade and Adam Johnson of Modern British Taverns transformed the celebrated Christleton landmark at the heart of one of Cheshire’s Best Kept Villages.
