A local pub is providing the expertise, the location and the wine this month. The Ring O" Bells is holding a Wine & Antipasti Tasting Evening on Wednesday 26th November, 8pm. The Christleton pub has re-vitalised its wine list to complement its refurbished décor and has invited wine experts Pete Rawlings, from Multi-award winning Wither Hills vineyard, Marlborough, New Zealand and James Martin, from London based wine merchants Bibendum, to be sommeliers for the evening. Pete and James will talk guests through varieties from Australia and New Zealand, decanting their broad knowledge of growing conditions, methods of production and of course, tasting.
