Michael Cattell, law student at Christleton’s Law College and part-time barman at the Ring O’ Bells celebrates Chinese New Year 2011 behind the bar. The landmark gastropub in Christleton, Cheshire developed a special menu with Chinese expertise from sous chef Simon Song Sima and entertained visitors with a Chinese Dragon, Origami demonstrations, face mask painting and fireworks.
