Christmas card making at CDHT - when Barbara Owen sent staff a homemade Christmas card last year, little did she know that would lead to her showing other residents how to do it. Ten residents joined Barbara Owen to produce some fancy cards for Christmas. The Trust provided all the material and Barbara provided her time.

Chester & District Housing Trust has launched a new fleet of vans which are used to help tidy up properties vacated and needing refurbishment. The vans help to make sure Trust properties that have been vacated are left in top condition for new residents. The Void Security Team forms part of CDHT's Neighbourhood Services Team which is building towards the housing trust having a recognised social enterprise.
