About Novus Young Professionals Ltd.
The inspiration for Novus came from a realisation that although there were plenty of organisations aimed at networking already present in Chester, there was a distinct lack of young professionals attending. Professionals that need to experience the benefits of building and developing networking skills.
The group held its inaugural event in November 2002.
Novus intends to help those who are at the beginning of their professional careers, in need of support and valuable contacts, to help fast forward their careers. We also hope that Novus will appeal to those people who, although established, want to develop rewarding relationships and concepts with other forward thinking people.
One of the most important parts of learning is getting the right information. Novus allows new professionals the opportunity to approach their peers and to hear from invited guests, which will enable both personal and business development.
Most importantly, Novus concentrates on making any event a relaxed, sociable one where individuals can chill out and be themselves.
Events are held roughly every 6 weeks and priced to break even. Membership is free and by recommendation or referral only.
