Colin Baker actor and sixth Dr Who in Chester on Saturday, September 23
Colin Baker, the actor who played the sixth Doctor Who, is to attend a special event in Chester on Saturday, 23 September organised by MCC Apple Premium Reseller. Visitors to the store will be able to take home a signed photograph of themselves with Colin Baker. They can see first hand how Apple’s iPhoto, bundled free with every Mac, makes going from digital camera to colour print or even publishing to the internet simple. There will also be an instore competition to win one of 5 iPod nanos.
MCC opened their new store at 5-7 Watergate Row right in the heart of Chester’s famous medieval rows last month. The iPhoto demonstration will be held within the Apple shop which is the only computer specialist to feature a Canon Digital Centre in the UK.

Colin Baker, 63, played Doctor Who from 1984 to 86 and was preceded as the Doctor by Peter Davison and succeeded by Sylvester McCoy. Since leaving Dr Who, television work has included parts in Casualty, Jonathan Creek, Dangerfield, The Bill and Channel 4’s adaption of “A Dance to the Music of Time.” Colin also played a Judge in an episode of Chester based “Hollyoaks.”
