The Manufacturer LIVE Debut for IMS
Information Management Solutions Ltd. (IMS) a Microsoft® Gold Partner for Business Intelligence is at The Manufacturer LIVE event (15-16 September 2004 in Telford) for the first time. As a specialist in solutions for the manufacturing and logistics industry IMS staff have over 50 ERP implementations to their credit.
IMS client, Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials is to speak at the event. Stewart Douglas, Global IT Director has flown from the US to present: “Adding Value to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System’ 10:30 – 11:15am today at the “IT in manufacturing’ zone. The presentation will illustrate how information technology can be used to provide enhanced customer service offerings that result in a strong competitive advantage. It will include a practical demonstration of the Quality Data Warehouse (QDW) System used by Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials. This is presented by Robin Edmonds, Managing Director of IMS.IMS will also be presenting “Web Services & Business Intelligence Integration Solutions: Why is Manufacturing a Special Case?’ in a breakout session at 12 noon today in the Brockton Suite near the Hall & main entrance. The presentation includes lunch for attendees.
IMS will be demonstrating Navision® and also business intelligence software at the show. Navision® is Microsoft’s integrated business management solution designed for small and midmarket companies. Navision provides tools that allow a business to streamline its internal processes, particularly in the areas of financial management, supply chain management, customer relationship management and e-business.
