Long-term partner for Chester team
A highly experienced family lawyer has joined the private client division at the Chester office of leading UK legal business Hill Dickinson. Paula Milburn will head up the family and collaborative law team at the Cuppin Street based firm. Hill Dickinson Chester is a top 30 legal firm, providing national expertise at a local level.
Paula’s expertise includes resolving complex financial claims on relationship breakdown through either the traditional court or collaborative law process. Paula and her team also advise on pre-marital, pre-civil partnership and cohabitation agreements and child law, including child support.

Paula headed the JMW Solicitors family department in Manchester before joining Hill Dickinson. Paula’s appointment takes the Hill Dickinson Chester team to a total of 65 people, including nine partners.
