Legal experts support Wrexham Business Week with sponsorship & mock mediation
UK legal business, Hill Dickinson LLP is sponsoring Wrexham Business Week 08 through its Chester office and has been invited to speak at three top level seminars examining legal issues. The three seminars from Hill Dickinson Chester are “Dealing with Problem Employees”, “The Importance of Intellectual Property Rights in Your Business” and “Avoiding Business Litigation: Mediation and Dispute Management”. The third seminar is designed to be fully interactive and will involve attendees in a live, mock mediation session, demonstrating an alternative to court action in the resolution of disputes. Iain Campbell, partner in commercial litigation for Hill Dickinson Chester explains; “Court action can be costly for businesses, both on a financial basis and in terms of time taken up by the litigation process. Collaborative law, where clients agree to resolve their disputes out of court, often leads to a faster, more cost effective conclusion but needs careful handling throughout. This session demonstrates how it works and will be of value to all business professionals.
