As part of Chester’s Food & Drink Festival, the Festival celebrated its region’s food and drink on Tuesday April 10 by holding the city’s sixth annual glittering Gala Awards dinner. The event held at the Taste Sensation Marquee in the Castle Square, marked the climax of the main Festival, whose fringe Festival continues to Sunday April 15 with special offers and meal deals at restaurants across the city.

The event held at the Taste Sensation Marquee in the Crown Courts car park, marked the climax of the main Festival, whose fringe Festival continues to Saturday April 22 with special offers and meal deals at restaurants across the city.

This, the sixth year of the awards, marks a new phase in the recognition given to award winners. The success of the awards means that, for the first time, second and third place winners are to be recognised and will appear on the photos.
