MCC and DJ Normski rock Chester
Visitors to the MCC Apple Premium Reseller store in the centre of Chester were treated to an in depth day of music making with DJ Normksi last weekend.
The celebrity DJ was in the mood to party, having hot footed it down from a top club in London to entertain Chester’s music and technology fans. The day consisted of three sets by Normksi on the decks, each followed by informative demos from MCC audio-visual expert Alan Bailey. Alan showed attendees how to get the most out of the GarageBand software included on all Macs.
More than 40 people attended the specialist mixing sessions at MCC Apple Premium Reseller 5/7 Watergate Row. Four lucky attendees who entered the prize draw won an iPod Nano when their name was drawn out by Normski. The winners were: Graham Mullock, of Victoria Road, Chester, Lou Mulhern, of Vicars Cross, Chester, Neil Hawker, of Ellesmere Port and Matthew Sheppard of Birmingham.
