Cllr Jones said: “This Food and Drink Festival is very important for the city of Chester. Food and drink is the way to visitors’ hearts. There are 8.5 million visitors to our city and getting visitors to Chester involves great competition with other cities across the country. I am sure we can continue to improve what is given to our vistors.”
