England’s first Festival of Romance and the beautiful City of Chester make the perfect combination for a last minute Romantic Break. The ten day Chester Festival of Romance will banish the winter blues and welcomes anyone who is yet to book their destination to over 200 events between 4th and 14th February. The Michelin starred Arkle restaurant, just celebrating its fifteenth year as such, has a magnificent five course dinner waiting for guests from the Valentines Menu.
