The launch event was a big success with press and multimedia there. We’d aimed for 40 attendees and 44 came, 40% of our invited guests, a mix of interested dignitaries and the key arts and performance professionals across the North West. Marketing Projects was responsible for all liaisons with guests and the press, their attendance and the running of the event. It went very smoothly and we received much praise afterwards. I've been working with Marketing Projects on PR for more than a year now and I am very impressed; They don't stop getting us coverage when the press release goes out but keep on going, maximising our coverage. Our previous PR agency were based a distance away and did not know the Cheshire and Shropshire areas, but Marketing Projects know the North West area so well and have so many contacts which means they present additional PR opportunities to me, such as the cheese rolling down Bridge Street in Chester, which was free publicity. They organised mentions for HillValley on BBC Radio 2 and also on BBC North West Tonight on the lunch time and evening slots. They also presented me with further radio interview opportunities including an hour long conversation on Cheshire FM. Marketing Projects go that step further than other PR agencies; Marketing Projects have produced a DVD for both years we have staged the One Pot Cook Off, as an added value service on top of writing and distributing the release - I am delighted with our PR coverage and would thoroughly recommend Marketing Projects, who provide a full and excellent value PR service.
Breath of fresh air, really got to know our business quickly, fun to work with, help & support on strategic issues as well as great local and national coverage ... certainly applies, but it’s a bit deeper than that; we have a partnership based on mutual respect and it doesn’t come much better than that, there is a real cultural fit. Operationally, the 24/7 capability really does work, tested to its limit recently with an unwanted explosion in a block of flats. TopCat Research asked Marketing PRojects to support its start up with research on potential markets and sales for our products with their Snapshot Survey. During this time they were able to supply vital information which helped generate sales opportunities around the world and was a key factor in our two successful funding stages so far. They also devised a questionnaire for contacts made, to insure consistency of data and comparisons. Marketing PRojects proved reliable and went the extra mile to obtain the data we needed. This involved international calls, teleconferences and a persistency that needed 27/7 dedication. The report and business contacts generated will be invaluable for the development of the business. I would have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending them further.
